Projects Work together on projects with colleagues, freelancers and clients. Get notified on status changes.

Text detection Recognize text in images and videos. Search your media archive for recognized texts and open videos at resulting frame.
Label detection Detect labels such as objects, scenes, actions and concepts within an image or video based on its contents.

Custom metadata Add custom metadata to any media file and search for it through your whole media archive.

Media Management
Folder types Video Bee supports multiple folder types, allowing you to organize your work per client and project.
File types & formats Videos, images and audio files, supporting all common formats and codecs, including Apple ProRes 422 LT. Files can be converted to and from all supported formats.
Related media assets Assets related to media files are linked to and stored together with the source files. Versioning for media files is available.
Accessing files & folders Files and folders can be uploaded and accessed through the Video Bee web interface, the editing suite extensions and through generic links. Media files can also be embedded in external websites.
File previews Files can be previewed in our frame accurate media player. The player allows for scrub preview, speedup/down and displaying transcripts, subtitles and (text) labels and their bounding boxes.
Archive files & folders Move files and (project) folders to cheaper archived storage while maintaining all the powerful search and retrieval functions.

 

Security
MFA Login Users can (be required to) set multifactor authentication to log into their account.
Data encryption Data is encrypted in transit and in rest, meeting the highest EU security standards.
